There is a good part of the idea of progress of technologi however there is also a bad part.

II. Secondly, the progress of the environment

It's a exciting debate because there is two parties for the progress. Two idea of progress.

- Save the world
- Fight against the global warning
- Renewable energies


(p) :

- Transition more slowly
- Develop renawable energy cost money (Bill electricity will double in 2020)
- The BRICS (Industrialization = Polution = Development of countries)
- Bresil 80% poor 1980 - 17% now
